Recruit - A Rec stays a recruit for about a week. Its basically to see if it's something you'd enjoy to be apart of.
Private - A Pvt is the first rank where someone is actually a part of the clan. Basically your goal is to follow the CoH & show up to one squad meeting a week, & posting on the site is optional but encouraged. Depending on how active you are depends on when you get promoted from here on out.
Corporal - A Crp is the first rank with abilities consisting of making sure people follow the CoH. Basically think of it as an AMAZING Hall Monitor type ability [haha]. Your duties consist of knowing the CoH, going to 1 squad meeting a week, and posting on the site [optional but encouraged].
Sergeant - A Sgt is the position where you are being trained to be a LT. This is the first step to being promoted up into Leadership positiom. A Sgt should be able to have access to a computer regularly, know the CoH, attend their weekly squad meetings, & post on the site often.
Lieutant - A LT is the actual first rank with leadership. They are basically the 3rd in charge of the squad. They work very closely with the Captain & Major to make sure the squad's morale is high & everyone is still interested in being apart of the clan. They're being trained by both the Captain & Major for when they have the opportunity to be promoted. Their duties include posting on the website, talking & keeping the squad updated on upcoming events, knowing the CoH, attending squad meetings weekly, & basically being the Major & Captain's bitch.
Major - A Mjr is the promotion from LT. They are 2nd in charge of the squad. They post the squad list every week, keep the squad active & updated on events, help train the LT, know the CoH, & are basicaly the Captain's bitch. They are being trained by the Captain for when they have the opportunity to become a Captain.
Captain - A Cpt is the Head of their squad. They are the ONLY people with the ability to demote or promote anyone within the squad. They make sure that Mjrs & LTs do their jobs correctly & make sure the squad runs effectively. They make sure that everyone in their squad abides by the CoH & they are in charge of making sure that Mjrs & LTs are ready for when they have the opportunity to move up in the ranks. Also they run & hold a WEEKLY squad meeting with everyone in their squad.
Colonel - A Cnl is over a max of 1 battalions. They make sure Captains do their jobs effectively & that everyone below them folows the CoH. Also Cnl approve who will be the next LTs & Maj [after the captain nominates people] in the squads they are over. They will be over a MAX of 2 squads. Also post a Battalion list every 2 weeks.
General - Generals are the council's bitches [haha]. Basically they make sure the colonel is doing his job & etc etc. & they work very closely with the council & listen to whatever they say. Also post a CLAN list every 2 weeks. =D
Council - Founders & Leaders of the clan. They make decisions for the better of the clan based on a majority vote. & ALL decisions are COMPLETELY and UTTERLY FINAL.
